How to become a PRC Accredited Real Estate Salesperon-sales-agent

1.) Must be of legal age: 18 years old and above.

2.) Must completed 72 units of college education. Get your Transcript of Record from the school that you have attended.

3.) Find a licensed Real Estate Broker that you can work with.

4.) Attend 12 CPD units. Ask your broker about this.

5.) Download and Fill-up this form : APPLICATION  FOR  ACCREDITATION AS REAL ESTATE SALESPERSON

     The above form must also be signed by your Broker

6.) Proceed to the nearest PRC Office in your area together with the following requirements:

a.) Original and Photocopy of NSO Certificate of Live Birth / Birth Certificate

b.) Original and Photocopy of NSO Marriage Certificate / Contract (for Married female only)

c.) Original and Notarized Certificate of Educational Attainment on the Completion of at least two (2) years of College

d.) Original NBI Clearance (Valid)

e.) Original and Notarized Certificate of twelve (12) credit units on Real Estate Brokerage.

f.) Prepare at least (4 pcs.) Picture for PRC purposes with white background and your name.

g.) Prepare P600.00 as Registration fee payment.

If you plan to sell subdivided lots and condominiums, you need to register with the Department on Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) previously named as Housing and Land Use Regulatory Board (HLURB).

 Requirements:

1.) Accomplish Application Form.

2.) Signed SALESPERSON’S ENGAGEMENT / EMPLOYMENT from your Broker.

3.) 2×2 Picture with white background.

3.) Latest PRC License or Certificate & ID card (photocopy)

4.) Surety Bond  P 1,000.00 (Keep the receipt for the next year’s renewal)

5.) Registration Fee Payment of P 288.00
